Fun Friday Post: Choose Your Weapon
This gift from another Catholic family is a great addition to our home
As a timid and largely non-dangerous person, I have never been particularly interested in weapons, despite being the daughter of a crack marksman and descendant of several generations of hunters. When we moved into our house in the rural South, it had the notable feature of a living room gun cabinet, which I promptly turned into a silver cabinet over the protestations of my husband and sons. We do have several broadswords displayed in our home, but aside from that, I’ve never been big on weapons walls, although I admire them in other homes.
So I was tickled and appreciative when some family friends presented us with this gift for our family weapons cache:
